3. What are your hours of operation?
Our hours of operation are between 8 AM and 8 PM seven days a week.
4. What is your cancellation policy?
We require a twenty-four hour notice if you want to cancel a class. This allows us time to adjust our schedules. Students will be charged for the class if they do not provide a 24 hour advance notice.
5. What does the price include?
The price includes transportation to the student's home or office, photocopies of additional learning materials, flash cards, games and CDs. Students are required to purchase their textbook and workbook. We will recommend the appropriate textbook and workbook.
6. What other information do potential students need to know?
- Each class is a minimum of two hours.
- Students decide the day and the time they want to learn. We will try to accommodate every student.
- Every course is 30-hours. Students are required to purchase 10 hours upfront with cash to the teacher.
- The teacher must be notified in advance if additional students want to attend the class.
- Please provide our teachers with a CD player, private class room, white board and markers.
7. Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All of the services we offer are guaranteed. Our teachers will arrive to your home or office on time. Our teachers will be well prepared and professional.
